The hotel's location is perfect. it provides direct beach access and fine sea views. i found the staff very attentive and professional. They always were really good. the hotel is well-kept and creates a relaxing atmosphere. i really enjoyed my time here.
the room cleaning wasn't done daily. this was a minor inconvenience, but i expected it for the price.

The pool area includes sun loungers and shaded areas. It is well maintained, so i liked it. a restaurant offers a variety of international foods. Nicely served, and well presented.

the restaurant features an extensive menu that includes local dishes and international cuisine. i noticed that there were a minimum of six chefs present in the professional kitchen at all times. breakfast had lots of options.

the room offered everything needed for a comfortable stay. the room was modern and clean. i had a very good bathroom. the room included a bathtub and a separate shower.

Albino arranged my taxi from the airport. The trip was smooth even during the rain. Albino and the front of house team arranged all my transport. It was all well priced. The room was clean with everything I needed.
The entrance door curtain did not fully close. People could look into the room. Privacy was difficult. A lady came to sweep the sand in the morning. She did this even when I was in the room. The massage salon was overpriced and not good. I would advise against visiting it.

Albino arranged our taxi from the airport. It was a smooth trip. he arranged all our transport, priced well. a driver took us to cabo de rama fort and fisherman's wharf. even the tuk-tuk ride to palolem beach was easy!
we could have used a couple more coffee sachets in the room. it's a minor thing, but i thought i should mention it.
